Warranty & SLA

A project does not end after completion. Kloosterboer remains involved. We always offer a package of warranty and maintenance with all our projects.

All equipment comes with a standard warranty. Additionally, it is possible to establish a Service Level Agreement (SLA). The SLA outlines the maintenance of the supplied equipment. This includes both preventive and corrective maintenance. Preventive maintenance takes place on-site; we test the equipment, clean it, and provide firmware updates. Preventive maintenance extends the lifespan of the equipment.

We also provide corrective maintenance. Often, we can resolve technical issues remotely, and if that’s not possible, we will come on-site. In short: we ensure that everything works and continues to work.
