Metalworker (m/f)
36 hours per week

Our steel department specializes in fine metal and steel structures. Here, various technical knowledge and modern manufacturing methods come together, allowing us to create both large frames and complex mechanical components with applications such as pneumatics and hydraulics.

As a metalworker, you work on various projects, fabricating structures, mechanical components, and elements. You follow working drawings and utilize a variety of materials.

In general, you work in our own workshop in Purmerend, but you also go on-site when necessary. You collaborate with your direct colleagues from the steel department, a dedicated team of 6 employees. Additionally, you have contact with other departments within the organization, as everything you create is part of a larger whole where various disciplines come together.

Who are you?

Must-haves:
• VMBO TL/MBO level 2 in metal, mechanical engineering, (machine) mechanic, or welder;
• Spatial and technical insight
• You have several years of relevant work experience
• Driven and solution-oriented; you don’t let things go until they are resolved
• Team-oriented and flexible

Nice to haves:
• Interest in mechanics
• Sense of humor
• Possession of a driver's license B
