The experience center is located in the NPF tower, a former animal feed factory on the Noordkade. In the ten-story old factory tower, you can experience something different on each floor.

In addition to being a unique attraction, The Chocolate Factory serves as a hybrid learning environment with countless facilities and cutting-edge technology in an industrial setting. It represents a unique collaboration between education and industry, supported by the government.

Kloosterboer is responsible for a significant part of the interior elements, audiovisual equipment, the network structure for show control, and the dynamic lighting.
